An emblematic anniversary for a cause that unites French gastronomy


On November 22, 2025 , the legendary Carlton Cannes will host a new edition of the Dîner des Chefs , a charity event that has become a must-see on the Côte d'Azur. This year, the emotion will be special: the Restos du Cœur are celebrating their 40th anniversary . Four decades of commitment, mutual aid, and shared meals – a human and united story to which French gastronomy continues to bring its whole heart.


Since their creation in 1985, the Restos du Cœur have embodied generosity and team spirit. The Chefs' Dinner is one of the finest expressions of this, bringing together great names in cuisine each year to benefit the association.

2025: Women chefs in the spotlight


Resto du Coeur Carlton Cannes

For this anniversary edition, the Chefs' Dinner will highlight French female chefs , symbols of talent, creativity and sharing. Under the direction of an inspiring female collective, the gala menu will be imagined and prepared by starred and passionate female chefs , who come from all over France to cook for a noble cause.


A vibrant tribute to those who make French gastronomy shine, while reminding us that solidarity has no gender. The Chefs' Dinners initiative, initiated over 10 years ago by the Teritoria community, has raised over €1 million to the Restaurants du Cœur.


Dinner prepared by the star chefs Teritoria:


  • Kelly Jolivet, chef of the Benoit restaurant in Paris, France

  • Cristina Bowerman, chef of the Glass Hostaria restaurant in Rome, Italy (1 Michelin star)

  • Nolwenn Corre, chef of the restaurant at the Hostellerie de la Pointe Saint-Mathieu in Plougonvelin, France (1 Michelin star)

  • Fanny Herpin, chef of the restaurant Le Camondo in Paris, France

  • Hermance Joplet, chef of the restaurant Le Castellaras in Fayence, France

  • Annett Teich, chef of Restaurant BK in Montagnac, France

 

All accompanied by Denis Fetisson and Lilian Bonnefoi.


Pavillon Traiteur: a renewed volunteer commitment


True to its mission of supporting the most beautiful solidarity events, Pavillon Traiteur is, this year again, voluntarily mobilized to support the organization of the Dîner des Chefs 2025 at the Carlton Cannes les Restos du Cœur which celebrates 40 years of solidarity. Our teams will participate in the preparation in the kitchen , the setting up and the service of the dinner , with the same requirement and the same passion as for the most prestigious evenings.


This involvement is an honor and a duty for us: to contribute, in our own way, to continuing the momentum initiated by Coluche 40 years ago.

Beyond a simple meal, the Restos du Cœur Chefs' Dinner is a moment of sharing and emotion. Each edition helps finance thousands of meals for the most disadvantaged and serves as a reminder that gastronomy can be a wonderful vehicle for generosity.


The Carlton Cannes , an emblematic place of elegance and refinement, will offer an exceptional setting for this evening where solidarity , culinary creation and the joy of giving will blend in a unique atmosphere.

The Restos du Cœur continue to write a collective story, carried by thousands of volunteers, donors, chefs and committed partners.
