Your expertise will help maintain the consistent quality of our dishes and effectively coordinate operations to provide an exceptional culinary experience to our customers. Reporting to the chef, you ensure the preparation and finishing of traditional and exotic dishes. From the simple dish of the day to the gourmet menu. You will be responsible for implementing various cold or hot productions independently. You must at least have a CAP. It is important that you know how to work in a team, respect orders from the hierarchy, and that you yourself know how to lead a small team of 2 to 3 people.
