FAMILY HISTORY
The story of Maison Lavergne began in 1929 in Paris, when the great-grandparents of Virginie and Fabrice Lavergne opened a brasserie. Since then, four generations of bakers, restaurateurs and caterers have succeeded one another between Paris and the French Riviera, driven by passion, quality and expertise.
Today, Virginie and Fabrice, great-grandchildren of the founders, proudly carry on this family tradition. Fabrice leads the commercial development, while Virginie manages logistics and administration.
Established on the French Riviera since the 1930s, the Lavergne family embodies the elegance and excellence of French gastronomy. Since 2009, the duo has breathed new life into the business, while respecting its roots.
