Since the end of the 1930s, the Lavergne family has always evolved successfully in the hospitality and gastronomy professions .
Mediterranean gastronomy has been part of our DNA since the company was founded in 1990 . We defend the diversity from flavors of the French cuisine, the benefits of a balanced consumption, from the local terroir and the use of raw materials from production and farming that respect the environment . SIDE "FRENCH RIVIERA»
The creation of the Côte d’Azur France destination brand is a simple idea created by the CRT and extremely effective. Le Pavillon Traiteur, through “Common Sense” and through attachment to its territory, is the first private company to be co-branded with the brand. We therefore invite you to this universe of the Côte d’Azur, between land and sea for the organization of your event. It is from our Mediterranean and French roots that our gastronomic recipes come from, combining generosity, simplicity and elegance.

The development of Seasons menus, both for seated meals and for cocktails, seems to “flow naturally”, and yet the practice is not easy for a “volume” activity through our professions as caterers and restaurateurs. Pavillon Traiteur, by “Bon Sens”, took on this task with passion and respect for our environment. Our share of responsibility is great and we favor short circuits for the products that make up our recipes. In order to promote “our values” we want to offer dishes emblematic of French culture with a pronounced Mediterranean touch in the colors of the south. All enhanced by quality service!

Since founding Pavillon Traiteur, I have wanted to build a company that combines gastronomic excellence, professional standards, and respect for the ingredients. Our mission goes beyond simply preparing food: we imagine and orchestrate experiences that enhance our clients' most important moments.
Our development has been built on a conviction: quality is never a matter of chance. It stems from committed teams, expertise cultivated daily, and a constant drive to go further. This ambition motivates us to invest in the best tools, modernize our laboratory, and encourage the creativity of our chefs.
