Pavillon Traiteur has a 2000m² production laboratory, equipped with the finest culinary equipment.
A true gastronomic creation space, where our chefs can steam, sous-vide, fry, roast and choose the cooking method best suited to each product, ensuring a perfect culinary preparation.
