Le Salon Pavillon: Our catering tasting room on the French Riviera
Choosing a caterer for a wedding, a convention or a gala dinner for 200 guests is not a decision you make from a brochure. It has to be tasted, seen and experienced. That is why we created Le Salon, our new tasting space, at the heart of our Mouans-Sartoux site in the Alpes-Maritimes, just 10 km from Cannes.

Why a catering tasting changes everything
A menu on paper is still only a promise. For a dinner of several hundred guests, our clients need certainty: the taste of each dish, the quality of the ingredients, the presentation of the plates, the pace of service. Brochure photos and online reviews give a first impression, but nothing replaces the experience of sitting at the table.
The tasting is the moment the project becomes real. It is when the finest decisions are made: refining a pairing, swapping a garnish, choosing the glassware, rethinking the flow of a cocktail reception. For an organizer, it is also a chance to make sure the chosen caterer has what it takes to deliver on the day.
Le Salon was designed so that this moment takes place in the best possible conditions, a calm setting, an open kitchen and all of our teams close at hand.
Le Salon : Your event in real conditions
Here, wedding planners and their couples, agencies, and convention organizers discover exactly what their event will be like, down to the smallest detail. We recreate the table just as it will be set on the day, with its dishes, wines, tableware and décor.
A suggested menu with food and wine pairings

Our chefs create a bespoke proposal based on your brief: season, format, number of guests, dietary requirements and venue constraints. Starter, main course and dessert, as well as cocktail bites or buffet dishes, you taste each recipe exactly as it will be served to your guests.
Each dishe is paired with a wine chosen specifically for it, so that the flavors echo one another from the first glass to dessert. On request, the menu can be signed by Chef Philippe Joannès, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France), in collaboration with our team.
ingredients crafted in-house
Everything you taste at Le Salon is prepared in our production kitchen, located on the same site. Our dishes are made in-house by our chefs, using carefully selected ingredients.
During the tasting, you can ask our chefs where the ingredients come from, how they work and what the house specialties are. This exchange makes it possible to tailor a recipe to your guests, or to showcase produce from Provence and the region for guests travelling from abroad.
The art of the table
Tableware, glassware, linens : the table is set exactly as it will be on the day. You compare options side by side and see the overall effect, not just a single sample. For a wedding as for a gala dinner, these choices set the tone of the evening as much as the menu itself.
Scenography and floral design
Floral arrangements, centerpieces, colors, lighting: the tasting offers a faithful preview of the atmosphere of your reception. Wedding planners can show their couples a tangible result, and agencies can approve a scenography with their client before production begins.
down to our service staff's attire
A detail that matters for a gala dinner or a luxury wedding. You discover the attire of our maîtres d'hôtel and service staff, so that it matches the theme and dress code of the evening. Service is part of your guests' experience: it deserves to be chosen with the same care as the dishes.
An open kitchen: the plating before your eyes
Our open kitchen allows our chefs to finish cooking and plate each dish right in front of you. You see the skill, the precision and the time every plate requires.
Above all, it is a moment of direct exchange between those who imagine the event and those who will bring it to life. A question about a cooking technique, an allergy or a recipe adjustment is answered on the spot, by the chef. You will find this same connection between dining room and kitchen on the day itself.
Behind the scenes: Production Kitchen, offices and logistics hub

Because everything is brought together on a single site, the visit does not stop at the plate. We open the doors of our production kitchen, our offices and our logistics hub.
You see where and how your event will be prepared, ingredients arriving, storage, production, then vehicles leaving for the venues. You meet the teams who will carry your project, in the kitchen and in logistics, as well as the project managers who will oversee the organization from start to finish.
For a convention of several hundred attendees or a large-scale gala dinner, nothing replaces this transparency. An organizer who puts their reputation on the line with a client needs to know who they are entrusting with the culinary side of their project.
A site visit day on the French Riviera, all in one place
A site visit on the French Riviera is often a busy day: several venues to see, journeys between Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monaco, decisions to make quickly. After the tasting, Le Salon remains at your disposal as a quiet place to work.
Morning: venue visits between Cannes, Nice, Antibes and the hinterland.
Midday: tasting at Le Salon and a behind-the-scenes tour.
Afternoon: a quiet space to take stock with your teams or clients, compare options and confirm your choices.
No meeting room to book elsewhere, no extra travel: everything happens in one place. If you have not yet chosen your venue, our teams can also recommend partner venues (châteaux, villas, estates) and arrange the morning visits.
Mouans-Sartoux: a central address on the French Riviera
Our Mouans-Sartoux site lies between Cannes and Grasse, in the heart of the Alpes-Maritimes. From here, the region's main venues are within easy reach: the Cannes coastline, Antibes, Nice, as well as the hilltop villages and estates of the hinterland.
For an agency welcoming a client from Paris or abroad, this is a real advantage: Nice airport, the venues visited and our tasting room are all close to one another. The site visit day flows more smoothly, and shorter journeys leave more time for discussion.
It is also from this site that our teams set out every day, from Monaco to the Var region, to caterer weddings, gala dinners and conventions.
