Our Responsible Actions 2025: ISO 20121 Commitment

A Committed event caterer, ISO 20121 certified

At the beginning of 2026, we are pleased to reflect on the concrete responsible actions caried out by Pavillon Traiteur in 2025, fully aligned with the ISO 20121 standard.

Certified ISO 20121 since December 2023, we apply this international standard daily through a structured approach based on maintenance, continuous improvement and responsible event management.

ISO 20121 is not an end in itself, but a solid framework that guides every aspect of our work: from strategic decisions to on-site operations, applied consistently accross all our events.

Being an event caterer today also means having a positive impact on society, the environment and local communities.

To structure this commitment, Pavillon Traiteur relies on a management system aligned with ISO 20121 requirements, ensuring that sustainable development is embedded in every activity and every event we organize.

In the event industry, this translates into concrete, measurable actions and continuous improvement accross purchasing, logistics, waste management, energy, partnerships and inclusion.
